Armed with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the prestigious University of Manitoba and a certificate in HR Management from Red River College, Nikki has continuously expanded her knowledge base to stay ahead in the dynamic HR landscape.

In 2018, Nikki achieved the esteemed Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, a testament to their commitment to excellence and continuous professional development.
